What happens next
A real person will email you within one business day, Sunday through Friday, at the address you gave at checkout. We do not write on Shabbat or Yom Tov.
The first week
- Day one: we write to you, ask a few questions about your shul, and agree on a time to talk.
- Setting up: we create your shul's site, with your name, your logo and your users.
- Your data: we bring over your members, pledges and giving history from ShulCloud, ChabadMS, Rakefet or your spreadsheets, and check the totals with you.
- Connecting: you connect your bank and your card processor, and the agent starts reconciling.
You do not need to wait for us

Your receipt and the link to manage or cancel your subscription come by email from Polar, which handles our billing.
